LivingYoung in Odessa, FL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to deliver a welcoming, high-touch patient experience. You will support the full journey from inquiry and scheduling through checkout, memberships, and retail recommendations, working closely with providers to keep daily operations running smoothly.

This full-time PCC role requires a high school diploma and customer-service experience; strong communication, organization, and empathy are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, wellness, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and guide patients through their experience, from initial contact to follow-up.
• Respond to leads, answer questions, and provide timely, professional communication.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate provider calendars, and support smooth patient flow.
• Manage check-in, check-out, payment collection, rebooking, and future scheduling.
• Educate patients on services, treatments, memberships, promotions, financing options, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate patient records, CRM updates, and pipeline information.
• Support patient retention, appointment conversions, memberships, and retail goals.
• Collaborate with providers and teammates to support daily practice operations.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements, company policies, and professional standards.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
