LivingYoung in Odessa, FL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients and guide them through the full journey from inquiry to checkout. You’ll work with providers and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience, accurate records, and timely communications.

This role is hands-on in a medical spa setting; it requires organization, empathy, and the ability to explain services, memberships, financing, and retail options while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort discussing services, memberships, financing, and retail products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients through their experience from initial contact to follow-up.
• Respond to leads, answer questions, and provide timely, professional communication.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate provider calendars, and support smooth patient flow.
• Manage check-in/check-out, payment collection, rebooking, and future scheduling.
• Educate patients on services, treatments, memberships, promotions, financing options, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate patient records, CRM updates, and pipeline information.
• Support patient retention, appointment conversions, memberships, and retail goals.
• Collaborate with providers and teammates to support daily practice operations.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
