Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience scheduling patient appointments.
• Experience with Windows-based and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve caller inquiries completely during the initial contact.
• Communicate clearly with patients, physicians and staff, verbally and in writing.
• Schedule appointments using electronic systems and manage messages accurately.
• De-escalate issues and maintain professional call control.
• Support referrals and authorizations as needed.
