Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and calls courteously as a representative of the organization.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments with providers.
• Assist patients with check-in/onboarding and use electronic intake tools.
• Collect and verify demographics, insurance, and referral information.
• Process payments, co-pays, and daily deposits with proper cash handling.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
