You will deliver exceptional front-line service, manage check-in/out processes, and support scheduling and patient communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic office technology is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist with check-in, scheduling, and check-out activities.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain provider schedules.
• Handle demographic, insurance, and referral information for registration.
• Collect payments and balance daily transactions with accuracy.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
