Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare/physician office experience.
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check in, verify identity, and document in EMR.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, resolve conflicts.
• Maintain medical records in EMR and billing systems; handle requests.
• Process patient payments, deposits, and daily close per protocol.
• Provide cross-site coverage and training; ensure compliance with privacy rules.
