Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and log co-pays and fees.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments.
• Provide patients with necessary orientation and directions.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for effective patient care.
• Safeguard patient property and health information.
