Qualifications

• Responds with prompt, empathetic patient service and exceeds patient expectations.
• Works with clinicians and administrative teams to maintain cohesive operations.
• Updates insurance information and scans cards as needed.
• Collects copays, coinsurances, deductibles, and balances.
• Prepares daily clinics and prints related documents.
• Maintains accurate, swift documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and patient focus.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teammates for a high performing team.
• Update insurance information and scan insurance cards and licenses.
• Enter referrals into the system and link to cases.
• Collect copayments, coinsurances, deductibles, and balances.
• Schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.
