Qualifications

• Front desk patient-focused role in healthcare setting preferred.

• Ability to update insurance information and scan cards accurately.
• Proficiency with office software and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and patient focus to make each encounter positive.
• Work with clinical and administrative staff to support a cohesive high-performing team.
• Update insurance information and scan insurance cards and drivers licenses.
• Enter referrals and associate them with the correct case.
• Collect copayments, coinsurances, deductibles, and balances.
• Prepare daily clinics and print related documents; create appointment records.
• Ensure documentation is entered accurately and swiftly; schedule follow-up appointments.
