Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to be the voice of the company for patients and caregivers in a hybrid, Monday–Friday role. You will handle calls, emails, chats, order processing and issue resolution with compliance and compassion.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and CRM experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan, with a supportive team across departments.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CRM systems and phone handling preferred.

Mansioni

• Answer high volume calls from customers, caregivers, and prescribers and assist them efficiently and professionally.
• Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, payments, products, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with logistics, marketing, inventory management to address customer needs and ensure smooth order processing.
