• Ensure fulfillment activities align with HIPAA and cannabis regulations.
• Maintain high order accuracy and meticulous compliance documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and timely fulfillment.
• Experience with POS systems and digital inventory platforms.
• Ability to design and improve workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
• Effective delegation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot supply chain or inventory issues.
• Comfortable navigating high-stress regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage patients in a warm and welcoming manner and offer personalized recommendations.
• Handle patient issues and complaints professionally with patient retention in mind.
• Uphold inventory control to minimize loss per state and company procedures.
• Learn and execute POS to set up patient profiles and check out patients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient, every time.
• Assist educate patients on the Compassionate Use Program and how to become a Texas Original patient.
• Process online orders accurately and efficiently; assist over phone as needed.
• Execute daily order fulfillment tasks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and fulfillment practices.
