• Comfort with using a POS system and electronic correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage patients in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Handle patient issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner with patient retention always in mind, escalating to the appropriate parties when necessary.
• Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with all state and company inventory control procedures and vendor delivery procedures.
• Learn and execute point of sale systems to set up patient profiles, check patients out and deliver exceptional customer service to every patient, every time.
• Commit to being the Gold Standard in customer service by building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Gather feedback from patients and communicate any questions or concerns with the appropriate department(s).
• Assist in educating potential patients on the Compassionate Use Program and how to become a Texas Original.
