Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years patient-facing experience preferred.
• Call center experience highly desirable.
• Experience with practice management software preferred.

• Demonstrates trustworthy, reliable teamwork and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for multiple EVP Eyecare practices.
• Schedule appointments and respond to patient questions promptly.
• Respond to online appointment requests within the day (5-minute target during business hours).
• Verify patient information and clinical location on calls.
• Maintain knowledge of EVP services and clinics; provide courteous service.
• Support training for new team members and keep a tidy workspace.
