Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for all clinical appointments.
• Handle digital leads and inbound faxes.
• Maintain knowledge of services, providers, pricing, location, and insurance.
• Enter and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Provide detailed appointment information and answer patient questions.
• Follow up after calls and complete data entry.
• Answer inbound calls promptly with a warm greeting.
• Create a pleasant, helpful patient interaction and resolve issues on first contact.
