The ideal candidate enjoys both creative and administrative responsibilities, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Formación

• Experience in marketing, social media, customer service, front desk operations, or patient coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and digital content creation.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and publish engaging daily content for Instagram, Stories, Reels, and posts.
• Develop content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Welcome patients and manage front desk operations and scheduling.
• Coordinate patient consultations and follow-ups to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Assist with website updates and digital marketing campaigns.
