You will craft daily IG content, manage a media library, and engage prospective patients from inquiry to consultation. The role blends marketing with front desk support and patient coordination.

You will collaborate with Dr. Puyana and the team to showcase procedures, technology, and the patient experience while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a premium brand presence.

Formación

• Experience creating and managing social media content.

About Puyana Plastic Surgery

Puyana Plastic Surgery is a luxury plastic surgery practice in Coral Gables, Florida, dedicated to delivering exceptional surgical results and a personalized patient experience.

We are looking for a creative, outgoing, highly organized, and motivated Social Media & Patient Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic, patient-facing position that combines social media content creation, digital marketing, patient engagement, front desk support, and patient coordination.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about social media and aesthetics, enjoys interacting with people, and understands that great marketing goes beyond creating beautiful content. It is also about building relationships, engaging prospective patients, and helping guide them from their first inquiry to their consultation and ultimately their decision to move forward with surgery.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation - Primary Responsibility

• Create, edit, and publish engaging daily Instagram content, including Stories, Reels, posts, and educational videos.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of the practice, Dr. Puyana, team members, procedures, and patient experiences, with appropriate authorization.
• Create and adapt content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent, polished brand voice.
• Organize and maintain the practice's digital photo and video library, including before-and-after galleries.
• Stay current with social media trends, editing tools, and platform best practices.
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, helping turn online interest into patient inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Puyana and the team to create content that highlights our procedures, technology, results, and patient experience.

Website & Digital Presence

• Regularly update website content, procedure pages, photo galleries, and other information.
• Assist with website improvements, content organization, and maintaining accurate procedure information.
• Help maintain a consistent and professional presence across all digital platforms.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, announcements, and patient communications.
• Monitor online engagement and help identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and lead conversion.

Patient Engagement & Lead Conversion

• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective patient inquiries through social media, messaging platforms, and other communication channels.
• Engage with potential patients, answer general questions, and provide information about procedures, consultations, and the practice.
• Encourage qualified leads to schedule consultations.
• Assist the Patient Coordinator with contacting prospective patients interested in surgery.
• Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled a consultation or moved forward with a procedure.
• Help maintain accurate patient information and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the Patient Coordinator and Front Desk team to create a smooth experience from initial inquiry through consultation and scheduling.
• Support patient engagement and conversion goals while maintaining a professional, helpful, and non-pushy approach.

Front Desk & Patient Experience

• Serve as a backup for the Front Desk Coordinator when needed.
• Warmly welcome patients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Assist with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries.
• Support patient check-in, appointment confirmations, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain the high standards of hospitality, discretion, and professionalism expected at a luxury plastic surgery practice.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous professional experience creating and managing social media content.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, including Reels, Stories, content creation, and audience engagement.
• Experience creating and editing photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with patients in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury medical practice.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
• Willingness to assist with front desk and patient coordination responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion and follow HIPAA requirements.

Preferred

• Experience working in a plastic surgery clinic, medical aesthetics practice, dermatology office, or similar healthcare environment.
• Experience with TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and website content management.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, or similar website platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems, patient lead management, or appointment scheduling.
• Previous experience in patient coordination, sales support, customer service, or hospitality.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
