Formación

• Experience in marketing, social media, customer service, front desk operations, or patient coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and digital content creation.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Puyana Plastic Surgery is seeking a creative, organized, personable, and motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic, multifaceted role combining digital marketing, social media content creation, front desk operations, and patient coordination.

The ideal candidate enjoys both creative and administrative responsibilities, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

• Create and publish engaging daily content for Instagram, including Stories, Reels, and posts.
• Develop content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos.
• Assist with website updates, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Organize before-and-after photos, videos, and digital content.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with online inquiries.

Front Desk & Patient Experience

• Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly, and exceptional experience.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and consultations.
• Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and daily front desk operations.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient reception area.

Patient Coordination & Administrative Support

• Assist the Patient Coordinator with consultations, scheduling, and patient follow-ups.
• Communicate with prospective and existing patients regarding appointments and services.
• Support patient inquiries and help facilitate a smooth patient journey.
• Maintain accurate patient information and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent communication and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, social media, customer service, front desk operations, or patient coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and digital content creation.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and balance creative and administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable interacting with patients and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with WordPress or Elementor is a plus.
• Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Position Details

Location: Coral Gables, FL

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
