Formación

• Experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or customer service.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
• Experience with WordPress or website management is a plus.
• Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Create and publish engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
• Capture, edit, and organize photos and videos for social media and marketing.
• Assist with website updates, digital content, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media interactions and online inquiries.
• Maintain organized digital content and before-and-after photo galleries.
• Greet patients with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer calls, emails, and patient inquiries; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Support the Patient Coordinator with admin tasks and front desk operations.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and ensure a smooth patient experience.

This dynamic position combines social media management, digital marketing, front desk operations, and patient coordination. We're looking for someone with a passion for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance creative projects with patient-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

• Create and publish engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Capture, edit, and organize photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
• Assist with website updates, digital content, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media interactions and assist with online inquiries.
• Maintain organized digital content and before-and-after photo galleries.

Front Desk & Patient Coordination

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, confirm consultations, and assist with patient follow-ups.
• Support the Patient Coordinator with administrative tasks and patient communications.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and daily front desk operations.
• Help ensure a smooth and exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or customer service.
