Puyana Plastic Surgery PLLC is seeking a creative, outgoing, and highly organized individual to join our team in Coral Gables, FL. The role combines social media marketing, content creation, front desk responsibilities, and patient coordination to enhance the patient experience.

You will engage with patients and followers, craft appealing content, and support daily office operations while maintaining a polished aesthetic aligned with our brand.

Formación

• Experience in social media, marketing, customer service, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
• Professional, friendly, reliable, and proactive.
• Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or healthcare is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Capture, edit, and organize photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Assist with website updates and digital marketing initiatives.
• Welcome patients, answer calls, and manage front desk activities.
• Schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient follow-ups.
• Support the Patient Coordinator with administrative tasks and patient communications.
• Help ensure an exceptional patient experience from the first interaction through follow-up.
