• Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement
• Comfortable editing content using online tools for video and graphic creation
• Comfortable with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full online presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, RealSelf, the practice website, reviews, and email campaigns
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including reels, long-form YouTube content, posts, stories, and captions
• Edit content using online tools for video, graphics, and captions
• Stay current with platform trends and best practices
• Ensure content aligns with luxury, professional, and patient-centered branding
• Coordinate HIPAA-compliant patient education content
• Update and manage website content as needed
• Monitor, respond to online reviews professionally
• Manage email and messaging campaigns and track performance
• Support paid campaigns and growth through ads and creative assets
• Build relationships with influencers and brand partners
• Collaborate with surgeon, care team, and staff to align strategy
• Track analytics and optimize campaigns across channels
• Grow digital presence and visibility for the practice
