Puyana Plastic Surgery PLLC in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator. You will drive our online presence, craft engaging content, and interact with prospective patients across platforms while supporting front desk tasks as needed.

The role blends social media marketing, photography/video, patient engagement, and CRM follow-up to convert inquiries into consultations and surgeries. A friendly, professional bedside manner is essential.

Formación

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and social media trends.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other photo/video editing tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable working directly with patients and supporting a busy medical practice.
• Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare is a plus.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and post daily Instagram Stories, Reels, photos, and videos.
• Develop engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of our practice, team, and patient experiences.
• Update website content, procedure pages, and before-and-after galleries.
• Manage social media engagement, comments, and direct messages.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotional content.
