Job summary

BILH Primary Care is seeking a patient services representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and staff. You will manage registrations, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and handle billing while delivering a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service-related position.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong PC skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Staff must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline representative of BILH Primary Care.
• Provide customer service to patients and staff.
