Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Registration & Scheduling Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will welcome patients, coordinate appointments, complete accurate registration, and ensure a seamless experience from scheduling through check-in.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service while supporting efficient clinic operations and the overall patient experience at FHP facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer service or medical office setting.
• Experience with patient registration and billing processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and verify registration details.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinics.
• Collect insurance information, explain financial policies, and obtain signatures.
• Provide financial counseling and direct patients to resources.
• Maintain accurate records in the patient management system.
