Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC-I supports clinic growth by executing practice management and patient intake processes in collaboration with the Clinic Director to enhance patient experience.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking and the ability to manage schedules, verify insurance, collect payments and maintain a welcoming front office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend any required training with the TFT for Raintree and other business process updates
• Complete quarterly compliance training.
