McCall Dental Care is seeking a Patient Care & Scheduling Coordinator to ensure every patient experience is welcoming, informed, and well cared for from the first call through checkout and ongoing care.

The role coordinates patient journeys, front desk operations, scheduling, and collaboration with clinical teams in a modern, patient‑centered practice located in McCall, Idaho. Strong communication, organization, and a service mindset are essential to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to appointment requests.
• Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience.
• Check patients in and assist with checkout.
• Present and review new-patient paperwork and HIPAA information.
• Coordinate front office and clinical handoffs.
• Maintain a smooth recall and scheduling system.
• Call prescriptions to pharmacies as directed (if applicable).
• Support treatment coordination and referrals as needed.
