Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers professionally to create a welcoming environment.
• Check in patients and verify identity according to clinic policy; document in EMR.
• Maintain patient demographics and update information as required.
• Process payments and co-pays; notify Financial Counselor when payment cannot be collected.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and physician requests across locations.
