Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related healthcare experience.
• Experience in insurance billing, access management, or patient financial services.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical record review.
• Ability to register patients and assist with referrals and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage complex patient problems.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and procedures; review medical records.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and assist with denials/appeals.
• Assist with EMR/EHR scanning and Right Fax uploads.
• Support training of new team members and maintain safety standards.
