Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related fields

Responsibilities

• Register patients or manage complex patient issues during registration and check‑in/out.
• Schedule patient appointments, referrals, in-office procedures, surgeries, and tests; review medical records as needed.
• Obtain insurance authorizations or assist with denials/appeals and prior authorizations.
• Perform EMR/EHR scanning and EPIC document uploads; manage Right Fax transmissions.
• Assist with training new team members using standard work.
• Provide coverage as Patient Services Representative when needed.
• Participate in safety initiatives and complete required safety competencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
