Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex patient problems during registration in treatment rooms.
• Perform administrative tasks: check-out, schedule appointments, referrals, in-office procedures, surgeries and tests, including medical record review.
