Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect co-pays; schedule appointments and verify demographics.
• Verify insurance details and enrollment status with the Enrollment Department as needed.
• Explain financial requirements to patients and coordinate referrals or pre-certifications.
• Handle patient communications, messages, and coordination with enrollment and social workers as necessary.
• Maintain daily financial procedures, receipts, deposits and NextGen data accuracy.
