Responsibilities

• Registers and performs all Time of Service patient functions.
• Handles CPSI registration and obtains patient consents.
• Collects and verifies financial paperwork and determines co-pay amounts.
• Answers calls promptly and schedules appointments and diagnostic tests as needed.
• Maintains patient information for pre-registration and coordinates with scheduling offices.
• Proficient use of EMR systems and accurate cash handling.
