Where Smiles Grow in New York is seeking a Patient Coordinator to deliver extraordinary patient experiences while supporting high-quality dental care. You will handle scheduling, insurance eligibility, and billing communications, acting as the primary liaison between patients and the clinic.

The role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multi-location practice with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Minimum 1 year in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information and schedule consultations and recurring appointments.
• Handle phone inquiries or route to appropriate staff while documenting accurately.
• Respond to emergency calls and schedule timely appointments.
• Collect and verify patient insurance information over the phone.
• Coordinate referrals and share radiographs or medical history with partners.
