Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer the office phone and distribute calls or messages accordingly.
• Check-in patients (verifying insurance and confirming patient information).
• Collect payments.
• Communicate patient’s arrival promptly.
• Manage administrative records.
• Ensure office success by getting patients into the office.
