The Patient Coordinator team provides front-line support to deliver exceptional service and create resolutions along with high level communication to patients. The goal is to ensure excellent patient service standards are met and high patient satisfaction is maintained.
In addition to front-line support, the team manages all aspects of scheduling our patient appointments, including communication regarding patient's insurance eligibility, frequency of procedures, and overdue account balances. All team members are responsible for knowing our policies and procedures for each clinic, communicating in a positive manor to all staff and patients and their parent(s)/guardian(s.)
