This full-time, on-site role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely communication with patients, and collaboration with dental staff to maintain high satisfaction.

You'll manage scheduling, handle calls and documentation, and learn multiple clinic systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willing to learn multiple clinic systems and programs.
• Detail oriented, accurate and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptable to different personalities.
• Able to answer calls and provide accurate information to callers.
• Dental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information into accounts and schedule consultations and recurring appointments.
• Handle calls and forward to staff with accurate, consistent documentation.
• Manage emergency calls and schedule appropriately.
• Collect patient insurance information over the phone.
• Coordinate with other dental offices and specialists regarding referrals and records.
