Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, customers, and vendors and serve as primary contact for patient interactions.

• Schedule patient appointments and optimize provider schedules; handle cancellations and same-day fills.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows.
