• Verify demographics, insurance information, benefits and referrals.
• Provide upfront financial counseling and explain payment policies.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards for patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Facilitate patient flow through the clinical care process and act as liaison among patients, physicians and staff.
