HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the face of our retail clinics across the United States. You will welcome patients, manage appointments, and support daily operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

This role focuses on delivering excellent service, verifying insurance, handling intake, and coordinating with clinicians. Comprehensive onboarding and growth programs are available to advance within HearingLife.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance information and process intake.
• Manage office supplies, payments, and hearing aid inventory.
• Uphold HIPAA standards and ensure clinic cleanliness.
