Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries and manage patient flow.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient duties including check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Verify insurance information and update patient demographics in the system.
• Accept payments for physician/clinic services and post charges.
• Generate daily payment reports and reconcile cash.
• Provide accurate patient, financial or procedural information to patients and external entities.
• Assist with medical records duties as requested.
• Direct patients to waiting areas and assist with referrals.
