Optimum Therapies – Eau Claire, WI is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Eau Claire clinic team. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience from arrival to visit completion.

The role involves scheduling, insurance verification, patient communications, and supporting daily clinic operations with therapists and staff. A positive, proactive mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple software systems.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with patients to provide a positive experience.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage daily clinic flow.
• Answer incoming phone calls from patients and physician offices.
• Collect co-pays and private payments for services.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in systems.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and prior authorizations.
• Prepare treatment areas and coordinate room availability for daily clinic operations.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Represent Optimum Therapies in the community through outreach events and health fairs.
