The Iowa Clinic in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Patient Experience Representative for Urgent Care to help register patients, coordinate scheduling, and serve as a key contact for visitors. You’ll contribute to a smooth patient flow and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior medical office experience is required—you’ll be trained. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and a strong motivation to work in healthcare is essential.

• Arrive at work in the morning - no night shifts here!
• Represents the clinic by providing advanced level patient services regarding registration as a direct contact and resource to patient and will manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials and communicating delays or changes.
• This position will also serve as a resource to registration, scheduling and clinical staff.
