Job summary

The Iowa Clinic in West Des Moines, IA is hiring a Patient Experience Representative in Gastroenterology to serve as the direct point of contact for patient registration and scheduling. You will help manage patient materials and communicate delays or changes, ensuring a smooth clinic flow.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and a strong motivation to work in healthcare. No prior medical office experience is required as we provide training, and there are many opportunities to engage
