The Iowa Clinic is hiring a Patient Experience Representative to support registration, scheduling, and patient materials while serving as the front-line resource for patients. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service during standard clinic hours to ensure a smooth patient flow.

You will train on-site with no prior medical office experience required, with a focus on delivering compassionate care and a strong patient-first experience across our multi-specialty clinics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No medical office experience necessary, we will train you!
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and act as direct contact and resource to patients.
• Manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials and communicate delays or changes.
