Job summary

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Patient Experience Representative in Podiatry to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact for patients, handling registration and scheduling while ensuring a positive patient experience.

This role emphasizes friendly service, accurate information flow, and coordination with clinicians to maintain standard clinic hours and smooth operations. A nursing or medical office background is not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No medical office experience required; training provided.
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent the clinic by providing patient services related to registration as a direct contact and resource to patients.
• Manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials and communicating delays or changes.
• Strive to create The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction.
