Job summary

The Iowa Clinic in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Patient Experience Representative for General Surgery. You will handle patient registrations, serve as a first contact and resource for patients, and help manage scheduling and communications about delays or changes.

The role emphasizes creating a warm, responsive clinic experience and maintaining regular daytime hours within a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.
