Job summary

The Iowa Clinic in Central Iowa is hiring a Patient Experience Representative in Urgent Care. You will be the direct contact for patient registration and will help manage scheduling, patient materials, and communication of delays.

No medical office experience is required and training is provided. We value compassion, teamwork, and the ability to create a positive clinic experience through every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No medical office experience necessary, we will train you!
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and help manage scheduling flow as a direct contact and resource to patients.
• Serve as a resource to registration, scheduling and clinical staff.

Wondering what a day in the life of a Patient Experience Representative in Urgent Care at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

• Arrive at work in the morning - no night shifts here!
• Represents the clinic by providing advanced level patient services regarding registration as a direct contact and resource to patient and will manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials and communicating delays or changes.
• This position will also serve as a resource to registration, scheduling and clinical staff.
• Strives to create The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction.
