Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a patient services liaison for the 6pm–11pm shift. You will be the primary communicator between patients, families, and staff to ensure problems and questions are addressed with care and courtesy.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. No licensure is required, and the role emphasizes strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
