St. Peter’s Health Partners seeks a Coordinator of Patient Experience to advance the voice of patients and families. This on-site role supports clinical leadership, risk management and quality, handling complaints and driving analytics and training within the Office of Patient Experience.

The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, data analysis, and education on best practices, with a focus on delivering compassionate, person-centered care at St. Peter’s Hospital Campus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Preferred - minimum of 2 years’ experience within the St. Peter’s Health Partners network or another health care network.
• Experience with patients and families, either in person or over the telephone.

Responsabilidades

• Initial intake of patient and family feedback related to experience of care.
• Follow formal grievance and complaint process in accordance with SPHP policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct case reviews to bring patient and family concerns to resolution.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and visitors.
• Provide analytic support of patient experience data based on organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to hospital leadership for survey tools, data analysis, and report interpretation.
• Manage the utilization of tools such as patient surveys and data collection tools.
• Provide on-going education related to patient experience.
