You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, apply rigorous improvement methodologies, and develop dashboards with data analysts to drive measurable clinical and operational improvements.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in hospital quality, and strong communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field required.
• Required experience in hospital quality, performance improvement, healthcare analytics, outcomes management, project management, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary improvement projects from planning and implementation through evaluation and sustainability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary improvement initiatives aligned with hospital and health system priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and department heads to identify opportunities and set measurable targets.
• Apply Lean, PDSA, and other quality methodologies to close performance gaps and improve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project charters with scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Translate data findings into executive-level recommendations and reports.
