RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support improvement initiatives focused on patient and family experiences. You will analyze patient experience data, identify trends, and communicate insights to staff and leadership to drive measurable improvements.

In this role you’ll collaborate across departments, update dashboards, and assist with action plans while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. This position is based in Somerset, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Three to five years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• The ability to collaborate with diverse groups of team members to achieve results.
• Enthusiasm for promoting patient-centered care and using data to drive change.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze, interpret, and integrate patient experience data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate patient experience data and feedback to staff and management.
• Update monthly patient experience dashboards.
• Assist leaders and staff with developing, implementing, and monitoring measurable action plans to improve and sustain patient experience metrics.
• Collaborate with departments to support effective implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Assist with projects designed to promote positive patient and family experiences.
• Receive, document, and assist with resolving patient and family complaints and grievances.
• Round on patients and families and assist staff in addressing special patient and family needs.
• Conduct Patient Experience training for staff.
• Provide administrative support for employee recognition programs.
• Participate in and provide administrative support to the Patient and Family Advisory Council.
• Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, physicians, and teams across departments.
• Maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of patient and staff information in accordance with RWJBarnabas Health policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulatory requirements, including TJC, DOH, Corporate Compliance, and HIPAA.
• Participate in additional projects, committees, and initiatives as assigned.
